Fundraising Campaign Manager
Leicester up to £38,000 p.a.

The Company:
ER Recruitment is working exclusively with a non-profit charity who provide compassionate care for children & young people with disabilities and their families in Leicester and Leicestershire. They offer a range of holistic and empowering services so that disabled young people can take part fully in their community and have the same choices, opportunities and experiences as other children and young people. The team of staff may be small, but each individuals impact and contribution is unmeasurable.

Role & Responsibilities of the Fundraising Campaign Manager:

* Develop and manage the charities fundraising and marketing activities promoting the work of the charity to all internal and external stake holder groups with the aim of maximising the charitys income and profile within the local community.

* Develop and lead the charitys annual fundraising and marketing programme including: Corporate and Community Fundraising; Events programme; Funding research and applications to funding organisations.

* Develop and manage the charitys marketing communications plan to promote the work via traditional media, online and through corporate and community engagement.

* Manage the charitys marketing and communications assets in conjunction with communication partners, including the charitys: website, social media, newsletters and supporters database.

* Provide feedback to the CEO on fundraising activities and progress including the preparation of the monthly fundraising report.

* Responsible for the management and development of the fundraising team including, staff, volunteers and our fundraising third party suppliers (printers, website, graphic design, etc).

* Work flexibly when the needs arise including attending training, and where necessary travelling to other sites/venues, as required for the role.

* Support management team in the recruitment of new staff, including interviewing, appointment and inductions ensuring that relevant recruitment policies and procedures are followed.

* Follow all policies with particular regard to confidentiality, privacy, equality and diversity, health safety and environment ensure they work within the requirements of policies and procedures and to comply with the Fundraising Regulators Code of Fundraising Practice.

* Support the CEO in the planning and monitoring of annual budgets.

* Maintain and monitor resources and assets used to deliver fundraising plan in line with agreed budgets.

* Support CEO in the development of appropriate commercial mechanisms and funding for services.

* Be responsible for event health & safety.

About You as the Fundraising Campaign Manager:

* Results and sales focused with an ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.

* Experience of event management.

* An ability to demonstrate a personal approach with creative thinking, intuition and flair.

* Highly focused on detail.

* Experience of building strong long-term relationships.

* Exceptional project management, organisational, scheduling, time and delivery / implementation skills.

* Willingness to travel and work outside of normal office hours.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
