Senior Design Engineer/Manager in Renewable Energy!

Location: UK (Links to Scotland and North Wales)
Salary: Up to £70k (incl. £5k car allowance)
Hours: 37.5/week (Hybrid - 2 days office)

White Label is thrilled to announce a key role! As a Senior Design Engineer/Manager, you'll lead wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Your expertise in engineering, renewables, and operations will shape designs from conception to execution, driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

Wind data measurement campaigns

*

Design and engineering leadership

*

Optimising designs for efficiency

*

Yield analysis of wind and solar farms

*

Technical issue resolution with Project Managers

*

Building relationships with major suppliers

*

GIS system development and maintenance

*

Alerting the Management Team to project issues

*

Team management and mentoring

Qualifications:

*

Engineering degree

*

5+ years in renewable energy project design

*

Proven leadership in complex projects

*

Analytical and problem-solving skills

*

Proficiency in design and yield analysis tools

*

Experience with AutoCAD, MATLAB, PVSyst, WindPRO

*

Commercial and financial modelling

*

Flexible with regular UK travel

*

Full UK driving license

*

Strong communication and leadership skills
