They have an annual turnover at £14m, with projects sizes ranging from £500k- £3m.
The Role - Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager
My client are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator with a background in cladding systems.
You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Estimating facade and exterior cladding systems for various projects.
* Preparing and reviewing bid documents.
* Reviewing and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and other documentation.
* Researching and sourcing for material and labour costs.
* Providing technical expertise
* Managing project budgets and timelines
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software bluebeam is preferable.
