To the rear of the motorhome you will find the U-Shape Lounge which provides a great lounging and dining area and easily converts to the large double bed. The three windows provide excellent light and there is plenty of storage throughout. The kitchen at the centre is fully equipped with a 3 gas burner and single electric hob, separate oven and grill, sink with hot and cold water and 3-way fridge with small freezer compartment, complimented by the 3 pull out and pull up workstops. Opposite is the washroom which offers a large shower with full enclosure, toilet and sink with vanity unit. Upfront the swivel passenger seat swivels and there is a small table that can be fitted.
Outside of the van is a Fiamma Awning and 320L storage box to the rear of the van.

Part Exchange
We are happy to take your camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle. Or we will also may consider your car at trade price as we would just normally trade it onto the small network of car dealers that we sell to. I'm sorry but we don't deal in Caravans, boats or motorbikes.
Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with a £1000 non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer or we can take card payments for deposits only. An invoice / receipt would be emailed to you along with our company bank info. The balance would need to be paid by bank transfer, we don't accept card payments for the full or part paid balance,payments to be made prior to collection on collection/delivery on a weekday only because our bank will not pay into our bank on a weekend. If you're having your motorhome delivered then payment will need to paid up front before delivery.
We don't have finance facilities sorry. We do not accept cheques or bankers draft, this is down to our bank.
All RETAIL campers/motorhomes will go through a our Leicester MOT workshop that we use and will have a new 12 month MOT carried out. We do not carry out the MOT's ourselves.
SERVICE
All RETAIL campers/motorhomes will have a full service if it's needed or if it's been serviced recently then we replace the oil/air filter, all carried out in our workshop at Burnmoor Street, Leicester, along with any other mechancial work, trye change etc that needs undertaking. If there is no evidence of a cambelt change, this will be done along with the oil and filter change. This is carried out as soon as the vehicles come into us. This is carried out by our mechanic Justin.
Delivery
On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can offer NATIONWIDE delivery at a cost of £1.50 per mile one way. For example if you are 100 miles away from LE3 2BQ then the price you would pay is £150. We would either have our driver deliver the vehicle on trade plates or we use a local logistics company. You will pay the logistics company seperately.
Collection
You are most welcome to come to us to collect. If you prefer to come by train or bus to collect your new camper/motorhome, then one of us can come and pick you up from Leicester Train or bus station. If you come and collect then we can do a full demonstration of your vehicle on handover which we are unable to offer if you opt for the delivery service.
Viewings
Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only we do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms. Viewings arranged 6 days a week Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. Please note we are closed on a Sunday/Bank Holiday.
Warranty
For your peace of mind we give a 3 month mechancial warranty on all of our RETAIL camper vans/motorhomes. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong (as these are older vehicles please remember!!!) When issues arise Lawdata & ourselves will assist you to have the problem fixed, and on most occasions we ask you to bring the vehicle back to us for warranty repairs.
There is a of course a limit as to how much testing we can do in our own workshops and sometimes it isn't until customers start to use their vans for days/weeks away that some minor faults can become apparent. We will explain to you what is avaible with your warranty, and what isn't, this will be explained on the day of delivery/collection. There is a simple claims procedure that would need to be followed in the event that you have an issue. Please don't call Roadhouse Leisure as all claims are dealt with by Lawdata only.
About Us:
Hi we are Roadhouse Leisure set up by Clare Worth and Dean Mayes in Lockdown.
We are a small business in the heart of Leicester buying and selling good quality used motorhomes at competitive prices. From around £10-£40k Clare and Dean are the owners , we set it up in 2020 originally as a camper hire business, we eventually turned to sales in 2021.
We have a garage on Burnmoor street where we do the servicing and habitation work, there is an camping accessory shop on site. We have recently opened a sales office and pitch at Marlow Road, LE3 2BQ where we now show the vans to customers, with a large waiting / reception area, with a cafe too.
Warranty:
We give a 3 month mechanical warranty, not including battery.
Please remember that many of the vehicles are older and will have the odd problem from wear and tear and it isn't until it gets used for a few weeks that a problem becomes apparent, this is very normal and happens often! All vehicles have a thorough PDI, such as damp testing and gas leaks etc, and we repair anything we think needs repairing, however if something is missing it isn't working that we won't be including in the sale then it will be detailed in the advert. Not everything is covered under our warranty, please bear this in mind. For all warranty claims please we ask you to contact lawdata direct and not our office or sales. Habitation Checks
All RETAIL vehicles will come with a habitation check covering gas/240v/12v and to ensure that all appliances are functioning correctly. We have our contractor Neil the Caravan Medic that carries out the habitation checks on each vehicle. Any problems that come back from the habcheck then Tony & Mark carry out any repairs, or we may outsource the work depending on how busy our workshop is.
