An established provider is in need of a Clinical Lead / Clinical Deputy Manager to be second in command, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Good Home which is currently running at high occupancy.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Lead:
Aid in the overall running of the home, including standards and quality of care.
Regularly assess residents needs and develop services to reflect this.
Create and develop care plans for residents.
Establish and maintain communication with clients, relatives, and staff.
Ensuring medication is effective and compliant.
Develop and lead the Nursing Team.Clinical Lead Requirements:
Hold an active Nursing Pin
Strong leadership qualities or experience
Experience in a Nursing Home setting
Knowledge of care plans and medication.
Ability to manage teams and develop staff
Strong organisation and IT literacy
Benefits:
Salary of £46,046 (£23 per hour)
Salary to increase post probation.
Paid for NMC Pin
Retention Bonus of £250 at 6 months & £500 at 12 months.
