Are you a skilled professional with a passion for town planning and property development? Carrington West are assisting their client who are seeking a Town Planning Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Town Planning Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting planning and development consultancy work, providing advice to clients, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage multiple projects, demonstrating a proven ability to handle your own time and workload effectively.
·Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
·Engage in planning applications, appeals, appraisals, and development plan representations.
·Collaborate with a range of clients, including developers, house builders, tourism businesses, energy companies, private individuals, and local planning authorities.
·Provide valuable advice and guidance, enhancing your expertise in town planning and property development.

Essential Requirements:
·Minimum one year of post-graduate experience in consultancy or local government.
·Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
·Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards it.
·Excellent analytical, presentation, and writing skills.
·Strong commitment to working in the planning and property development field.
·Ability to confidently speak and communicate in Welsh, with good written skills (Desireable).
