Mainstay Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Contract Manager to oversee a small team and third-party contractors. This is a great opportunity to join a business that believes in its staff and will offer continued support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the same role, ideally within the built environment.

Role:

As a Contract Manager you will be working 35 hours a week overseeing a team of 10 technical staff and 100 third-party contractors who will oversee the Commercial gas sector across a large single site Estate
As the contract manager will oversee the Technical staff and contractors ensuring all maintenance and project on site
You will oversee the contract setting out and ensuring all work complted meet KPIs, SLAs set out within the contract.
You will be managing the contract for commercial gas engineers overseeing all health and safety, compliance and work that is completed across the estate
As the Contracts Manager you will review the contract on a regular basis and meet with contractors to discuss their performance based across Key performance indicators.Candidate

As the contract manager you will hold relevant Qualifications to a HNC/HND level e.g. Mechanical or electrical engineering engineering & CoCN1, Codnco1
Must have previous experience in Contract Management overseeing the contractors KPI/SLA
Great Knowledge of the Commercial gas sector and compliance
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and confident speaking with clients
Strong IT skills competent with Microsoft Office
