About the Job
Working within one of our teams you will grow experience and skills within business administration covering aspects of procurement, customer service and vehicle damage assessment. Training is primarily on-the job, supported by various e-learning modules, which are certificated and will become part of your continuous professional development (CPD) portfolio.
What you will learn
* Communication skills liaising with both customers and internal colleagues
* Processing claims and documentation within service level agreements
* Provide professional meet and greet services for customers
* Provide basic sales and service knowledge and develop up-selling techniques
* Order parts via various sources (Inc. main dealers, trade outlets, salvage operators etc)
* Updating stock records using computerised systems
* Full appreciation and working knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods
* Develop working knowledge of computerised estimating packages
* Attend daily production meetings and provide feedback for managers
* Learn and work to Bodyshop key performance indicators (KPI)
During the traineeship you will further develop your skills related to : Communication, IT, Organisational, Customer care, Problem solving, Numeracy, Logical thinking and Team working
The initial training for this role is scheduled for 24 months and is designed to provide the opportunity for self-development across various areas of the business.

The traineeship will give candidates the best opportunity to develop and reach their maximum potential and, subject to progression, lay the foundation for developing a career within administration, customer service or procurement roles.
Desired personnel qualities and qualifications.
We will be looking for those who can demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic and dedication to complete the traineeship and further their career within the automotive sector and who have attained the following qualifications -
GCSE or equivalent English (Grades 5-9) Desired, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grades 5-9) Desired
GCSE or equivalent ICT (Grades 5-9) Desired
