Dental Practice Manager / Stockport, Greater Manchester / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Stockport, Greater Manchester to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

* Available as soon as possible.

* Will take notice periods into consideration.

* Independent, state of the art flagship practice.

* Full time opportunity - around 40 hours per week.

* Monday Friday with working hours to be discussed.

* £35k per annum depending on experience.

* Fully funded CPD.

* Enhanced holiday; 5 weeks + bank holidays.

* The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' dental practice management experience and have a strong dental background.

* You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed targets.

* Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, managing KPIs & practice budgets and be commercially aware.

* Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.

* Recently refurbished 8 surgery practice.

* Computerised with Dentally, iPads in every surgery, Digital X-Rays & Rotary Endo.

* Practice offers general dentistry alongside hygiene services, implants & Invisalign.

* Established in 2016, Practice belongs to a small family run group of practices.

* Car parking available.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered
