Our client are one of the UK's most prominent providers of retrofit residential decarbonisation works. Working across social housing and private residential property, they specialise in delivering large-scale energy efficiency, low-carbon technology and whole-house retrofit schemes to social, owner-occupied, and private rental homes.

They are now looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on social hosing refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Duties to include:

* Refurbishment / Void Schemes
* Ensure project costings are met
* Reviewing and agreeing variations
* Managing claims and payments
* Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
* Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
* Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
* Agree final account, secure retention release
