We are recruiting for a mobile fabric engineer based in Reading working on a commercial contract covering all general fabric maintenance. The fabric engineer will be assisting all engineers on sites.

On Offer:

The position is a temp to perm ongoing role paying £14 - £18ph depending on skill set and expeirance. Day work Mon-Fri.

Description:

The role is looking after the low end maintenance of electrical plant and lighting to commercial and retail facilities, this will include:

- lighting and emergency lighting checks

- lamping

- project small works installation

- handyperson duties and fabric maintenance

- building services upkeep

- assisting and working with qualified engineers

- possible mechanical overlap such as AC filter changes etc.

Requirements:

Must have fabric maintenance / handyperson skills
maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks
pro-active attitude
