Position: Online Clinic Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee patient care to make sure patient needs are met.
- Management of online booking system
- Social media management
- Processing doctors payments end of the month and send them remittance forms
- Contact person for the clinic (answer patients queries)
Skills:
- Knowledge of medical and/or fertility terminology
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Social Media Experience
- Ability to learn job skills and provide patient services
