Job Title: Primary Teacher

Randstad Education is currently seeking a Primary Teacher to join on a a Primary School based in Welwyn Garden City on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students, fostering academic achievement, personal growth, and social development. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students, creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning goals.
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians to promote effective communication and partnership in education.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching primary-aged students, preferably within a UK-based educational setting.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
