GBRS are currently looking for a Compliance Manager, to join our client on a permanent basis, who are based in Weston-super-Mare. This is a friendly, local and reputable company.
This senior role will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits, to ensure adherence to LPCB regulation and standards. Monitoring changes in laws and regulations, updating internal policies and training employees accordingly. Scope of works to include firestopping, fire doors and compartmentation works with a view to expand into different fields of compliance.
The main duties/responsibilities of this role are to:
Lead the Compliance team
Keep up to date with legislative changes
Ensure the company is compliant and working to LPCB regulations and standards
Confirm products and installation systems working towards design
Essential experience:
Proven experience working within the compliance industry
Proven Passive Fire Protection knowledge and experience
Proven Passive Fire Protection product knowledge
You will need a keen eye for detail and strong management skills. This is a great time join the company to build and grow a newly formed compliance team.
The Compliance Manager is based solely in the office, working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.
*Salary £40k-£55k, based on experience and interview.*
