More about your role
Working across multiple services including Way Forward Service, Windmill Lane Service and Vicar Lane services you will be supporting our tenants across Sheffield and Bradford, we are looking for an Assistant Services Manager to join the team. This is a great role for someone looking to take on the next step in their career.
You will oversee the customer experience at the services, from the referral stage, right through to a positive exit, ensuring customer needs are met and responded to. You will provide effective and professional management of services alongside the Services Manager in line with contractual requirements, legal requirements and internal policy requirements. As a line manager you will provide direct support to your team, carrying out regular supervisions, training and development activities as identified.
You will manage stakeholder relationships including commissioners, local authority, police and social services. Identification of opportunities for expansion and growth of services will also be one of your responsibilities, including the delivery of regional objectives and growth targets.

More about you
To be considered for this role you must have experience working within a supported housing setting, and a good understanding of challenges faced for individuals who are homeless. Experience working with vulnerable customer groups include domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse is also desirable. You will have the ability to motivate a team within what can be an emotional and challenging work place. Experience of housing management is essential, including excellent of the knowledge benefit system.
