WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center
Design, build, deploy and configure WFO platforms
An exciting new contract for a leading name in system integration require a Work Force Optimization (WFO) professional Services Engineer, who will be responsible for implementing WFO solutions while driving customer satisfaction and success. The engineer will be responsible for the technical deployment and integrity of a solution, and documenting project and/or complex designs. This position will deliver customer solutions, along with corresponding documentation, and assist with development of technical design collateral.

You will be responsible for:
Design, build, deploy and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments including global data centers, private hosted cloud and on premise locations
Consultative ability to extract business requirements from clients
Possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications and telephony integrations.
Strong documentation skills
Develop and review best practice implementation processes
Self-directed and able to work independently to meet deadlines
Participate in on-call rotation
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate status of implementation projects to WFO Project Manager, Client Managers, management, and other parties in a timely fashion.
Technical resource for WFO Implementation tasks, including server and operating system issues and network connectivity issues.
Perform training for customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading.
Perform application upgrades on WFO Servers.
Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and operating system problems.
You must have experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices as well as WFO software installation, configuration and administration, especially in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
