Currently searching for enthusiastic Valuation Surveyors and expanding rapidly across the globe our client prides itself on delivering expert advice and innovative solutions to property owners, varied businesses, and financial institutions.

Valuation Surveyor Leeds/Manchester

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Deliver regulated purpose valuations and loan security.

* Provide valuations and strategic advice to a varied client base.

* Mentor and guide junior team members.

* Ability to work under own supervision to a detailed standard.

EXPERIENCE:

* MRICS Qualified 2 4 years PQE

* RICS Registered Valuer.

* Commercial valuation experience.

* Strong report writing skills.

* Proficient in Excel and Word.
