Working on natural resource projects, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to clean energy projects that are shaping the future of our planet. Your work involves:

* Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate cost data and reports

* Produce and maintain EAC data and associated variance analysis

* Understand and utilise cost management and reporting systems effectively

* Assist in change implementation and interpretation of changes affecting cost performance

* Apply cost data to risk and opportunity assessment

* Review and integrate cost performance data from contractors and suppliers

* Conduct earned value analysis and communicate findings effectively to management

Desired experience for this Project Cost Engineer role:

* Proficiency in cost management software such as Ecosys, ARES PRISM, or similar tools

* Knowledge of project controls and management methodologies

* Understanding of earned value management, progress reporting, forecasting, and cost risk analysis techniques

* Ability to build strong client relationships and articulate benefits achieved

* Proactive in seeking efficiencies and managing costs

* Strong communication and presentation skills
