Our client is a National Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy with offices throughout every major city in the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Building Surveying team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base including The Crown Estate, Aviva, Legal & General and M&G among others.

Role/Responsibilities

Contract administration
Technical Due Diligence
Dilapidations
Building Pathology
General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
Some of the role will involve some Principal Designer work so previous experience within this is desirable.

Skills/Experience

Degree in Building Surveying
Excellent and accurate report writing skills
Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
Some previous experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
