Brighton based client looking for an Executive Assistant to work alongside the CEO of a growing business based in Brighton.
Description
The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant will be;
Provide executive level personal support to the Principal and family members.
Line manage 3 x house staff to ensure the smooth and transparent running of the household.
Managing budget and expenditure and reporting to the Principle and Chief EA on a regular basis.
Diary management, managing all personal appointments.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliers for the household.
Support with extensive and complex travel arrangements, including holidays for the whole family and various members of staff. To include restaurant and appointment bookings. Provide detailed itineraries for every trip. This involves anticipating every detail - from flight check-ins, preparing boarding passes, arranging driver pick-ups, to managing hotel booking confirmations - and adeptly handling any last-minute changes.
Travelling with the Principal when required - often at a moment's notice.
Run personal errands and perform other duties as needed.
Organise and prepare for upcoming occasions e.g. anniversaries, birthdays etc.
Manage the sourcing of hard-to-find items.
Ad-hoc duties as required - the applicant should have a flexible proactive attitude to completing the role requirementsProfile
The successful Executive Assistant will have;
Flexible, adaptable, and exceptionally well organised with an ability to manage various projects and tasks at any one point.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Diligent with excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational, research and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to produce written reports, correspondence, budget cash flows with a high degree of accuracy and presentation standard.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficient and confident in using Microsoft and other App applications, the successful candidate must have a good knowledge of Excel and be able to prepare, complete and present spreadsheets.
Flexibility to work outside normal working hours.
Hands-on and hardworking.
A strong, approachable and reliable team player and great communicator.
Polite, direct, and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Willingness to travel.
You hold a full clean driving licence (own car is required)Job Offer
