Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier within their field are seeking a Sales and Technical Support personnel to join their team a full-time permanent basis. Situated with easy commutable access from Melton Mowbray, Newark, Nottingham and Grantham this vacancy is available with an immediate start for the right candidate.

A competitive package is offered for the position with a company pool vehicle for client visits, a working week of Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, bundled with a remuneration depending on experience, company credit card whilst on business, attending events both UK and internationally along other perks of which shall be discussed at interview. Training shall also be provided as their business is rather niche.

Your main role shall be focusing on the sales of their product, visiting clients business where the product is implemented and utilised to ascertain the needs of their current and new customers alike. You will grow the sales, parts, and servicing department where you responsibilities shall include but not limited to:-
Sales -Actively promote product deals/offers, quote customers based upon enquiries and visits.
Customer/Event Visits - Maintain a professional appearance to the public and sport professionals.
Provide a weekly report of your contact with customers, orders, repairs etc.
Sale Preparation - Preparation of new products for sale including all paperwork and co-ordination of shipment to customers with our Logistics Department.
Technical Phone Calls - Troubleshooting.
Spare Parts Dispatching/Ordering - Sorting customer parts, stock control.
Customer Product Repairs/Servicing.

The successful candidate must show the following attributes and dispositions to be considered for the position:-

A proven Sales background; motivated on maintaining high retention levels and knowledgeable on delivering strategical growth plans.
Personable, confident, and strong in delivering communications both verbally and written.
Sound IT knowledge and ideally previous experience with CRM systems.
Previous background in outdoor pursuits/game advantageous but not essential.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding solutions in wiring and control boards (desirable)
Ideally experienced/qualified in electrical and/or mechanical (desirable)
