A multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy in Warrington are looking to add an proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, professional team who can offer fantastic mentorship and provide great APC support.

Offering a rich diversity of projects from £20k - £500m across a wide variety of sectors including Education, Health, Local Authority, Government, Commercial, Industrial, Arts, Leisure, and Infrastructure.

Reporting to the Head of Quantity Surveying, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have the flexibility, if desired, to get involved in Project Management, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

A RICS accredited degree qualification
Experience working in a professional Consultancy environment
Confident and client facing
Good pre and post contract experience
Ideally MRICSIn Return?

£45,000 - £55,000
