A respected and ambitious Construction Consultancy are presently in search of a motivated and diligent Construction Project Manager to join their team in Cambridge.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be engaged in a variety of projects spanning the Cambridgeshire region and will have the capability to serve as an Employers Agent on specific assignments.

The accomplished Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing a range of exciting projects, including those in the Commercial, Residential, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure sectors, from inception to completion. They will establish effective communication with all client suppliers and operators to ensure that the client's requirements and specifications are not only adhered to but also delivered at the highest standard possible.

The Construction Project Manager

Membership to a relevant professional body such as the RICS, APM, CIOB desirable but not essential
Degree in Construction or Project Management or Building Surveying
Previous PM role within a construction consultancy
Experience of acting in the Employers Agent role would be bonus
Demonstrable experience in a range of build sector projectsIn Return?
