* Develop work breakdown structures and robust baselines

* Establish progress monitoring and reporting frameworks

* Produce S-curves and manpower histograms

* Assess critical paths and conduct schedule risk analysis

* Provide project control reports and performance analysis

Desired Planning Engineering experience:

* Experience in Project Controls / Project Planning

* Track record of working on major capex projects from concept to execution

* Proficiency in tools Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel

* Knowledge of NEC contracts

* Excellent communication skills
