My Client - a leading player in the commercial property and lettings industry is looking for a new business development manager, specialising in creating innovative and tailored property solutions for our diverse clientele. As they continue to redefine the industry landscape, they are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record to drive our growth, foster strategic partnerships, and elevate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial property and lettings portfolio.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to capitalise on emerging opportunities.

Network Expansion:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Local businesses, developers, and industry influencer's.
Leverage existing contacts and proactively build new networks to enhance the company`s market reach and reputation.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and establish strategic partnerships.

Account Management:

Collaborate closely with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Effectively manage and grow key accounts through up selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Expertise:

Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand client requirements and position our commercial property solutions effectively.
Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of our offerings.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in business development within the commercial property and lettings industry.
Exceptional networking abilities with a demonstrated aptitude for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Strong sales background with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - at least 2 years experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
