I currently have an opening for a Customer Programme Coordinator with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Bishopbriggs available to start immediately. You will be part of a thriving work environment with a variety of disciplines and expertise.

Your main role will be supporting the internal and external sales teams with pre and post nominations. Communication and organisation are key within this role to that all processes are running smoothly, and any discrepancies can be resolved. The suitable candidate must be comfortable speaking with different groups of people throughout their working day and managing expectations to adhere to schedules.

This role would be entirely based on site, the hours will be: Mon-Thu 8-5, Fri 9-2

The key responsibilities within this role are:
* Supporting the internal and external sales teams
* Processing orders
* Chase up changes to orders
* Managing client and customer expectations/relationships
* Support quotation activities
* Produce reports for senior management
* Managing customer schedules
* Coordinate successful hand overs between teams

A successful candidate for this position will have;
* Previous experience managing B2B customer relationships
* Confidence speaking to multiple different teams
* Intermediate Excel competency
* Organisational and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in manufacturing or similar sector would be beneficial

This role would be great for someone who is looking to take on a varied role where they can develop and grow their skills within the industry. This is not an entry level role but training will be provided for systems.
