Fly high with the seagulls as Finance Assistant

You will be responsible for processing purchase orders and invoices and provide efficient financial administrative support to the wider finance team. You will be the first point of contact for suppliers for account or payment queries, so we require someone who is a confident communicator at all levels of the business. You will also be required to prepare and process payment run, whilst ensuring all client accounts are kept up to date on our systems.

Your background

Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of excel and ideally have previous experience with finance systems such as SAP Concur, Sage Accounting Software and Barclays.net, however this is not essential. You will be a team player and be someone who uses their own initiative to solve problems.
