We have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading supplier of installation tools for energy infrastructure industries globally as a dynamic Head of Engineering!

The business are a specialist across Product Design and Manufacturing across highly regulated industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Military and Vehicle Manufacturing.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading multifunctional teams and managing complex projects, including New Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams.
Act as the primary internal client interface, ensuring project objectives are met.
Plan and allocate resources according to project requirements.
Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, including boardlevel presentations.
You'll need to come from a Mechanical Engineering background, have strong background in New Product Development and have strong leadership skills across multidiscipline teams.
