We strive to be the best both on and off the pitch, and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to come and join us to cook high-performance food for our high-performing players and staff. Bring your new innovative ideas to the kitchen by suggesting new nutritional dishes and creation of home and away menus.
You might think being a Chef de Partie at Brighton will involve working unsociable hours but guess again! Your core hours will be Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am 6pm. No late finishes and no requirement to work every weekend.
Your chef background
The kitchen is a fast paced and high-pressured environment, so we need someone who can run with us and who will bring their passion, professionalism and strong work ethic. We need someone who understands nutrition as you will contribute to the nutritional education of players at the training ground through interactive cooking lessons.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Hospitality and Catering.
