Production Operator required in Tewkesbury, paying £12.31ph to £27.70ph + Overtime available, 12-week temp to perm contract, free on-site parking, on site canteen.
Our client is a well-established global solutions provider with a portfolio of big clients, are looking for a Production Operator at their Tewkesbury site to join their new team, supporting their new contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the print production line.
- Preparing the production and running the line.
- Detecting any errors before or during the print process.
- Completing all compliance procedures surrounding the print jobs.
- Working closely with a team to ensure work is done accurately and on time.
- Working in a busy production environment.
- Full training provided.
- Must be flexible with shifts as will be working a 3-week shift pattern.

Shift patterns are rotating weekly:
- Week 1 - Days - 07:00 to 15:00.
- Week 2 - Evenings - 15:00 to 23:00.
- Week 3 - Nights - 23:00 to 07:00.
Pay & Information:
- Following training you will gain the opportunity to move up the levels, based on skills, knowledge & performance 6-12 months.
- Skill Level 1 - £12.31ph, Overtime £18.47ph, Sunday Overtime £24.62ph.
- Skill Level 2 - £12.83ph, Overtime £19.25ph, Sunday Overtime £25.66ph.
- Skill Level 3 - £13.34ph, Overtime £20.01ph, Sunday Overtime £26.68ph.
- Skill Level 4 - £13.85ph, Overtime £20.78ph, Sunday Overtime £27.70ph.
- Paid as an hourly rate while on 12-week temp to perm contract.
- 37.5hrs per week, overtime available.
