On the back of an MBO, and Private Equity investment, our client is continuing an exciting journey as they continue their 30% revenue growth year on year. With an acquisitive nature, and strong organic growth this is an exceptional organisation who will undoubtedly continue their recent success.

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to work directly with CFO, providing integral commercial insight into business performance. Utilising the organisations data set, this individual will be responsible for creating a reporting pack appropriate for the Board and Private Equity partners.

It is rare to see a role that offers this extent of exposure at an early stage of your career, and an opportunity not to be missed. We are looking for either ACA Qualified, or CIMA/ ACCA industry trained individuals looking for a role that is c. 1, sometimes 2 days in the office a week.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000

Location: Central Manchester with parking

Main Duties:

Own and maintain the companys integrated financial model, tracking actual results and KPIs.
Support monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders. In particular, look at key metrics that help drive sales and marketing.
Working with Power BI to provide key reporting tools to business leaders.
Assist with business change to drive efficiencies, including new systems.
Provide essential commercial information that will be utilised in Board meetings.
Support the CFO in creating a rich data suite in preparation for investor exit.
Person Specification:

ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified.
Relevant experience of commercial analytics.
Able to support the business function and senior management team.
Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
Advanced Excel skill set.
