Job Description:

Great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor, from either a Consultancy or Contracting background, to join this SME Consultancy.

You will be part of a team supporting the Partners delivering a broad range of professional commercial services on a range of Client and Project led commissions.

Your role will involve the specific commercial management of a live residential conversion scheme.

Person Specification:

Applications are welcomed from Quantity Surveyors with a proven background in providing commercial services on behalf of either Cost Consultants or Contracting organisations and from from Candidates perhaps at the latter end of their careers or recently retired but missing the industry and looking to return on a more flexible basis.

Our Client have office premises in both South and North Yorkshire as well as remote working.
