They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Claims Technician to join their busy Home Claims team which is based in Glasgow. If you already have some Domestic Claims experience, I would be keen to hear from you.

As a Claims Technician, you will pro-actively manage a caseload of building claims whilst providing support to our field surveyors, customers, and clients.

Day to day youll support customers at the beginning of the claims process; record new claim information on our easy to navigate system, contact customers to verify information and offer reassurance, arrange visits for colleagues, confirm progress to customers and negotiate settlement where applicable.

* IT Literacy
