Exciting new contract working for a leading name in system integration require a Work Force Management (WFM) professional Services Engineer, who will be responsible for implementing WFM solutions while driving customer satisfaction and success. The engineer will be responsible for the technical deployment and integrity of the solution, and documenting project and/or complex designs.

Key Requirements:
Design, build, deploy and configure WFM platforms in multiple environments including global data centers, private hosted cloud and on premise locations
Consultative ability to extract business requirements from clients
Possess a strong command of WFM technologies, server components, desktop applications and telephony integrations.
Strong documentation skills
Develop and review best practice implementation processes
Self-directed and able to work independently to meet deadlines
You will also be for:
Provide 2nd-level support for ACD interfaces and optional WFM features.
Communicate status of implementation projects to WFM Project Manager, Client Managers, management, and other parties in a timely fashion.
Technical resource for WFM Implementation tasks, including server and operating system issues and network connectivity issues.
Perform training for customers on WFM server maintenance and PC client loading.
Perform application upgrades on WFM Servers.
Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and operating system problems.
Implement interfaces between WFM application and various ACDs and multimedia platforms.
Implement and configure imports to WFM and exports from the WFM application.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WFM, WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices and have experience of WFM software installation, configuration and administration, especially in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
