We are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based in Hampshire that specialise in the delivery of both large commercial and residential builds across the South.

Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a large residential contracting scheme from their office in Winchester. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Surveyor for a main contractor overseeing new build projects and must be based within an hour of Winchester. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £75k + package.
