Post Graduate Quality Inspector

We are working with a global leader who have been established for 35 years and specialise in design, manufacture and supply of bespoke products. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Post Graduate Quality Inspector to join the team in Chorley.

Post Graduate Quality Inspector key experience required:

* Most be a Post Graduate Quality Inspector with at least 3 years working experience in the inspection department

* Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential

* Good communication and report writing skills

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and quality plans.

* Familiarity with Tig & Mag weld process. Welding experience is advantageous but not essential

* Experience in inspecting Milling, Turning, and Welding disciplines.

* Any experience in NDT (PT/MPI) testing is beneficial.

* Experience in using standard measuring equipment like verniers and micrometres.

* A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

The successful Quality Inspector is required to work within the Quality Assurance Department in an ISO 9001 environment and be responsible for ensuring incoming and internally machined components meet design specifications.
