We are looking to recruit an experienced ITSM Analyst with experience of working in an ITIL based environment. Responsibilites will include Incident Management, Asset Management, Licensing, Problem management, reporting on performance against SLA's and actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

To be a success in this role, in addition to being experienced in ITSM in an ITIL environment you will need to have excellent communication skills and be a person who is an accomplished problem solver with a passion for prividing the best service possible. In this role there is a clear development path from ITSM analyst into service delivery management for those with the potential and desire to continue to develop their capabilities and career.
