Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on Business Development within the Engineering and Construction sectors specifically, but we are open to others as well. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth, establishing partnerships with key clients, and matching exceptional candidates with exciting career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development: Identify and engage with new clients in the Engineering and Construction sectors, nurturing strong relationships to understand their talent needs.

* Client Management: Build and maintain partnerships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor in recruitment strategies and solutions.

* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract top talent within Engineering and Construction, conducting interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match.

* Consultative Approach: Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.

* Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Engineering and Construction sectors. Experience in other sectors is also welcome as we are keen to expand into other markets if opportunities present themselves.

* Strong track record in Business Development, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and candidates.

* Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

* Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, with the ability to navigate candidate databases and industry platforms.

* Located in or willing to travel or relocate to Knutsford, Cheshire, UK.
