Clinical Deputy Manager, Church Stretton, Shropshire
Salary £37440 per annum - 30 hours per week

Their Nursing Home in Church Stretton enjoys a good reputation in the area and a good CQC rating. It combines a happy, welcoming atmosphere with luxurious accommodation and expert, nursing-led care for the elderly and those with specialist needs. Our client is looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to work within and lead the Nursing Home Team, assisting elderly residents with normal activities of daily living, promoting independence and maintaining an individuals dignity and respect alongside the Home Manager. The role would suit an experienced Nurse qualified Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Unit Manager.

What you'll bring: Previous management and elderly care experience in Nursing Home settings is preferred. Strong, supportive, and clear leadership skills. Staff management experience. Knowledge of drug administration protocols. Broad understanding of current nursing practices. A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards. Sound understanding of relevant Clinical Governance standards and documentation. Nurse qualified and clean PIN. Applicants must have a legal right to work in the UK
