Rthirteen are currently partnering with an insurance specialist in their search for a Customer Service Claims Advisor to join their growing team in South Norfolk. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of incoming claims, ensuring the customer is providing with an outstanding level of customer care and that they (& other relevant parties) are updated throughout the claims process.
This is a full-time, permanent role working on a rota basis working between 9am - 7pm Monday Frida & 9am-5pm Saturday for a total of 38.5 hours per week. The offered salary for this role is £19,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience.

Duties to include:
* Effectively handling all aspects of incoming new claims.
* Gathering and analysing the correct information to process the claim, ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times.
* Regularly communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors and other involved parties throughout the claims process.
* Using the case management system to follow up with any outstanding issues.
* Proactively selling services to clients and other parties.
* General administrative duties related to your role.
You will have/be:
* Insurance claims experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
* Experience within a customer service focussed role.
* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
* Comfortable working to deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
