Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £35,000
Location: Northampton
Sector: Offsite Construction

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor who are delivering projects across the residential & commercial sectors. Projects will include new build housing, high rise accommodation units & hotels up to the value of £3million. Your experience working with construction drawings will be essential as you will be expected to identify risks & discrepancies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to strict budgets.

We would welcome conversations with quantity surveyors who:

Have a background working in construction
Can work from complex construction drawings
Possess experience with scope of works
Are able to manage margins & costs
Will communicate effectively with internal colleagues & external parties
