We currently recruit from within the Logistics, Production and Manufacturing industries for various clients across the UK. We are recruiting in numerous different areas demographically and are looking for consultants who can support and drive forward our current levels of business.
Job Description:
We are looking to discuss this opportunity with experienced Recruitment Consultant's who are looking for a new challenge or Sales / Account Managers who want to take a different direction in their career. We want to provide you with the opportunity to apply your skills and experience with a company that is focused on your support and development.
Our Recruitment Consultant's are given all the tools and support they need to develop both themselves and their client portfolios, we do not dictate, we do not plan your days, we set achievable targets and offer you all the support required to achieve them.
This is not a normal 360 Recruitment Consultant's role. You will not be required to perform any new business development or candidate sourcing. We strongly believe that a consultant's strengths should be focused towards servicing their current clients on a fully focused day-to-day basis.
To support this, you will have access to a team of resourcers and all new business will be managed by our business development team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will ultimately be responsible for the client relationships and service delivery within your client portfolio.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
* Daily client contact - discussing any additional requirements and support for your clients
* Weekly Service visits with your clients
* Checking in with your working candidates
* Discussions with the resourcing and marketing team - Identifying and agreeing your priority candidate requirements
* Supporting the process with 'Live - ready to work' candidates
* Weekly revenue forecasting
* Timesheet admin
Requirements of the Recruitment Consultant:
* A high standard of business and commercial acumen
* Time served experience within the recruitment industry
* Ability to present well, deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
* In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry and its current markets
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional client liaison and relationship management skills
* Good mannered, respectful to all and committed to working as part of the team
* Strong IT and reporting skills
* Be Honest, show integrity and inquisitiveness
* Understand the value of reputation
* Show commitment and promote a positive growth orientated attitude
Please note: A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
The Offer:
We offer an extremely competitive basic salary. We also offer a generous uncapped and achievable commission structure.
Salary - £26k to £30k basic (depending on experience) with £40k OTE based on revenue commission
Hours - 41.5hrs
Location - Upper Heyford
