I am looking for an experienced Production Supervisor/Team Leader.
Your job title currently could be - Production Manager OR Head of production OR Production assembly manager OR Production assembly supervisor OR Assembly manager OR assembly supervisor OR workshop manager OR workshop supervisor OR production support manager OR production team lead OR production leader OR Manufacturing team leader
The purpose of the job is to keep a watchful eye on the production output, organisation, build quality and contribute towards an organised and slick production department.
Whilst professional practice, systems and reporting is expected to be maintained, this person MUST be a Visible Leader, we dont want a person who wishes to sit behind their PCs all day in their office writing reports on health and safety for example or who wants to work from home and leave production unattended and available to support where required.
Motivate, support and lead the people, strength combined with excellent people leadership and guidance skills.
This position could suit a person who aspires towards a managers role in the future possibly.
The company is established, a good size, they are an electromechanical systems based high specification product that are expanding.
The ideal candidate will have worked extensively in Electromech assembly they will have both the experience to improve current assembly practice and also be able to provide the solution/design/recommendations to adding new assembly lines and production cells to handle new higher volume products and output
