28k to 35k DOE + uncapped commission with no threshold.
Reduced hours during school holidays.
We would like to hear from Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 1 years experience (no trainees).
Our client is one of the UKs leading Education Recruitment agencies, and due to their ongoing success, they are hiring ambitious Recruitment Consultants.
Obviously if you are from the Education Sector then great, however if you are looking to cross over into a lucrative sector then they would like to hear from you also.

The Role of Education Recruitment Consultant.
Youll be tasked with finding the best teachers and teaching staff out there and helping them to find their dream job within a school! Your typical day will include speaking to multiple candidates about what they are looking for, their experience, helping them with their CV and preparing them for interviews. Youll speak to clients about their current vacancies theyd like you to work on, posting job adverts, arranging interviews and getting out to visit your clients where you can! Youll be building lots of relationships along the way with all types of educators, schools, and colleagues. Youll be given full, ongoing training to support you in your role and learn how to be successful in our sector.
