Tutoring jobs in Skype: Arabic language.

I want to teach my kids 18,17 and 16 years old, to read Quran.
I am thinking of 2 hours session twice a week Sat&Sun 4-6PM GMT. would you please advice the cost and availability.
They speak and understand Arabic.
Responsibilities:
Check improvement of the student at regular intervals.
Prepare lessons suited to the student's requirements.
Prepare lessons according to individual student's needs and goals.
Develop personalized lesson plans for the student.
Requirements:
Must be aware of modern tutoring methodology.
Be able to maintain a stable working relationship with the student.
Have solid experience of using computer and the internet.
High school diploma or equivalent will be an advantage.
