Job Role; Snagger

Area; Chester

Hourly Rate; £18.16 (set rate due to a portal lead client)

Job Spec;

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a Sangger with basic skills in different trades to work on a New Build housing contract in Chester

This role requires multi trade skills in all areas as the candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of finishing works to a brand new Housing estate on each plot.

Our client are a nationwide House Building contractor running a site in the heart of Rochdale.

You will be required to do the following;

- Finish kitchens/bathrooms with generic tidying up (i.e. screwing doors back on properly and making sure generic plumbing is water tight)
- Patch Plasterering knowledge
- Painting
- Completing Snagg List
- Owns tools and PPE is essential
- CSCS card

The role pays £18.16 per hour paying through UTR with a basic working week of 44 hours minimum with a potential of overtime on the weekends.

You will need to supply your own tools, PPE and CSCS card
