Gap personnel is acting as an employment business and are currently recruiting for Commercial Sales Analyst for our Client based in Trafford Park, M17.
About the role:
The Commercial Sales Analyst will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and distribution of various reports to sales and customer services personnel. They will also be responsible for the distribution of pricing policies to customers and the maintenance of customer rebate agreements on the companies ERP system. The right candidate should have excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel where most of their day to day activities will reside.
Responsibilities:
Updating and uploading of all UK customer pricing:
Creation of all local Excel price files for customer base.
Accurate system loading of all customer pricing for the UK.
Creation and issue of all customer copy price files.
Responsible for all UK based accruals, rebates and related credits:-
Creation of accrual agreements within the ERP system.
Measurement and monitoring of all UK based accruals against contracts and agreements to ensure funds match the requirements.
Reporting of all UK accruals to Finance taking any paid credits, invoices and purchases into account.
Liaising with Finance and Sales to create, adjust or delete accruals whenever required.
Responsible for all UK based Sales Reporting Sales and Margin Analysis:-
Responsible for the measurement upload and reporting of the customer incentive scheme.
Upload points earned into reward system.
Responsible for daily duties such as:-
Daily stock files creation - using received and created reports.
Daily recording and monitoring of European Central Bank Currency Rate and London Metal Exchange Lead rates to monitor margins and RP rates.
Assisting the back office function with daily customer related tasks.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual duties such as:-
Assisting with the upload of the company forecast figures.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales analysis.
* Strong research and data analysis skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Projection and forecasting skills.
* Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Package:
This is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Half an hour unpaid break
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home once training is complete
ABS - Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on level of experience
Bonus - Potential to earn 5% of annual salary
Holidays - 25 days per annum plus bank holidays
Free parking.
