Job Specification - Residential House Manager

We are in the process of growing the business so this role will be a progressive (Area Manager type) role for the right candidate to develop with us.

Job: Registered Manager - Scottish qualification SVQ4

Location: Kilmarnock, Ayrshire (City Centre)

Salary: £40,000- £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm but could be expected to work weekends if required. With days off in the week if worked.

Must have the appripriate Care and Leadership & Management (SVQ or equivalent) qualifications to manage a residential service in Scotland.
Muyst be SSC Registered but will look at candidates with Adult/Elderly experience
Residentail Childcare Management experience is prefered
Experience of learning disability is prefered, i.e., Autism, ADH but not essential
You will be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high-quality residential services to children and young people which improve their outcomes and promote their potential.
Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within your allocated residential care home. To manage and lead positively, proactively, effectively and efficiently.
