PA, Sales and Marketing Administrator

Location: South Woodham Ferrers
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-17:00pm
Salary: £25000 - £28000 per annum (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
The job role is to be split into three separate functions:
PA To the Managing Director to assist lead the sales team
Sales, Marketing and general Administration
Marketing champion for the companyPA To the Managing Director to assist lead the sales team. Duties will include
Diary Management - Accepting, declining meeting requests, setting up meetings, room bookings, prioritisation of time.
Travel - Researching and presenting travel options, often in co-ordination with other Company employees travelling, booking hotels, flights, parking, visas, taxis and hire cars.
Co-ordinating Board meetings
Co-ordinating guest site visits, external functions, meetings, dinners etc
Sales, Marketing and general Administration
Act as the "front desk reception" for the Sales Team
Process of small orders and retail customers.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Team & other administrators to ensure appropriate cover in the event of holidays, sickness, etc.
Assist in planning, controlling and executing all matters relating to the sales and marketing department for the company.
To monitor sales KPI's & sales pipeline and to report progress to Managing Director.
To ensure the CRM is up to date and being used correctly by the sales team.
General Administration duties include basics such as ordering stationary and general office supplies.
Marketing champion for the company
To ensure Social media feeds are active, monitor progress & report monthly.
To take ownership, maintain and update the Company website (this can be via an external company although website knowledge would be an advantage).
To undertake monthly reviews on the website and monitor the progress achieved.
To look into new ways to Market the business & propose ideas.
