RECRUITMENT AGENCY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR BASED IN GLOUCESTER TOWN CENTRE - PERMANENT - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TIL 5PM - £20500 to £22000

We are looking for a bright spark to come and join our team to provide valuable administration support to our consultants. Working as part of a small team you will be integral to the ongoing success of our business. Working in recruitment is all about making money and the support our administrators provides is invaluable in freeing up the consultants to do this.

Dealing with people is a massive part of a our job and as such no two days are the same. By the same token shrinking violets need not apply as you will be dealing with some very robust characters.

Working as part of a small team you will get to know our clients and candidates well and as your knowledge and experience grows the more involved your interaction with them will become.

Our administrators are numerate, literate and have excellent and accurate keyboards skills. Often the first person an Applicant who visits our Branch will meet, they have the ability to remain cheerful and offer basic advice on application form completion.

You will need to have a good knowledge of Word, and we will provide you with training on our bespoke payroll system as well as general training to ensure you can perform all the functions required.

All we need from you is the following:

Experience of working with and interacting with people
Good working knowledge of Word
Experience of social media
Good level of numeracy and literacy
Willingness to work as part of a team
Desire to provide the best administration support possible
